Auricularis Anterior

It is uncommon for the ear muscles to be absent; the most frequently absent, however, is the anterior. Auricularis may join the styloglossus muscle.

Syn.: m. epicranius auricularis anterior, epicranius temporalis, attrahens auriculare (Albin).
